Rashika Jain

Rashika Jain has a strong background in user experience and creative design. From 2016 to 2017, they worked for EAZY BUSINESS SOLUTIONS as a User Experience and Creative Designer, where they were responsible for all creatives and digital experience. Rashika played a key role in defining aesthetics, creating user journeys, and developing clickable prototypes. In 2018, Rashika joined Ameyo and held the position of User Experience Designer. During their time there, they led the design of a work-from-home solution during the COVID-19 pandemic, transforming the web view into a mobile experience. Rashika collaborated extensively with stakeholders, developers, and various WFH teams, and their efforts were recognized with the "Above & Beyond" award. In 2021, Rashika was promoted to the role of Associate Team Lead - User Experience at Ameyo.

Rashika Jain completed their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Sophia Girls High School for their high school education. Additionally, Rashika obtained a certification in Information Visualization from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).
