Ricky Duan

Ricky Duan is the current Vice President & General Manager of China at AMF. Ricky has over 17 years of experience in various leadership roles in the customer service and paperboard industries.

Duan started their career at Honeywell in 2003 as an Energy Leader. Ricky then moved to MeadWestvaco (MWV) in 2010 as a Manager for Inventory Analysis in the Paperboard Business Services department. In 2015, Duan transitioned to WestRock Company as their Director of Customer Service, a role they held until 2020.

Duan has been with AMF since 2020 and has been instrumental in the company's growth in China. Under their leadership, AMF has seen significant expansion in the Chinese market.

Ricky Duan has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business with a concentration in Financial Management. Ricky also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University. LinkedIn has certified Ricky in Unconscious Bias.

Ricky Duan reports to Jason Ward, President. They work with Jim Joe Helou - Regional Account Manager, Middle East & Lebanon, Pieter Doornbos - Regional Account Manager, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Adrian Dee - Regional Account Manager.
