Michael Ponziani

Michael Ponziani is an experienced professional in the fields of Environmental Health and Safety and manufacturing management. Currently serving as the Director of Environment Health Safety at AMG TITANIUM since April 2024, Ponziani also holds the position of Manufacturing Manager at AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. since November 2019. Previous roles include Manufacturing Manager and Senior EHS Analyst at Kennametal, Manager of Safety and Health at Thomas Steel Strip, and Safety Coordinator at Bruce and Merrilees Electric, along with a role focused on Safety and Environmental at Fleetwood Enterprises. Ponziani holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Safety and Environmental Management from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
