Michelle Roy

Michelle Roy currently serves as the Manager of ESG Reporting at AMG Critical Materials N.V. since July 2021, engaging directly with raters and rankers, assisting in the drafting of corporate policies and annual sustainable development reports, and participating in various corporate initiatives such as the diversity council and the Women’s Initiative Network Employee Resource Group. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Manager of ESG Reporting and Paralegal at Lobb & Plewe, LLP from June 2006 to July 2021. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Riverside, and is pursuing a Certificate in Sustainable Value Creation at Villanova University.
