Megan Wick

Megan Wick, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR and Safety Coordinator at AMG Aluminum North America since April 2025. With a strong background in human resources, Megan's previous roles include Human Resources Generalist positions at PacAero and Emerson Automation Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee relations, leave management, and onboarding processes. Megan has also gained diverse experience in administrative and seasonal capacities at companies such as Bonaventure Senior Living and Stemilt Growers. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Washington State University Global Campus, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from WSU Carson College of Business, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Wenatchee Valley College.
