Mark Duggan

Mark Duggan has over 25 years of experience in the legal and financial industry. Mark is currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Counsel at AMG Funds since March 2015. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Partner at K&L Gates from May 2009 to March 2015. From April 1996 to April 2009, they served as the Deputy General Counsel at SSgA. Mark also held the position of Deputy General Counsel at State Street Global Advisors from 1996 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as Vice President and Counsel at The Boston Company from 1993 to 1996.

Mark Duggan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame from 1983 to 1987. Mark later pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Chicago Law School, where they attended from 1987 to 1990. No specific field of study is provided for either degree.
