Rachel Simpson

Rachel Simpson has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Rachel started their career at Allied Healthcare Ltd in 1999 as part of the integrations team, responsible for branch support during acquisitions. Rachel then joined Prime Time Recruitment as a Branch Manager in 2000, where they successfully opened a start-up branch in Walsall. In 2001, Rachel returned to Allied Healthcare Ltd as a Branch Manager, where they developed the Wolverhampton branch and achieved high recruitment and retention rates. Most recently, they have been working at AMG Nursing and Care Services since 2015, first as the Business Development Director and now as the Operations Director.
