Ashley Machia-Pyles possesses extensive experience in maintenance operations across various roles. Currently serving as Maintenance General Foreman at AMG Vanadium LLC since November 2021, Ashley previously worked as a Maintenance Planner at AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. from November 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, from August 2016 to November 2020, Ashley held the position of Maintenance System Technician at Metal Coaters, focusing on day-to-day maintenance department operations and utilizing Rockwell systems for troubleshooting. Ashley's career began as a Maintenance Technician at Telling Industries, LLC, from January 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included running preventative maintenance and writing operational manuals. Educationally, Ashley earned an Associate's degree in Industrial Systems from Zane State College between 2015 and 2017.

AMG Vanadium LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V., specializes in the environmentally beneficial conversion of oil refinery and power plant waste products into specialty metals sold to steel and stainless steel producers. Committed to improving the global environmental footprint, AMG Vanadium’s spent catalyst reclamation process generates no wastewater, has the industry’s lowest air, water, and solid waste emissions, has the highest industry conversion to saleable products ratio (over 99%), and significantly reduces CO2 emissions compared to a primary mining and processing operation. We have approximately 155 employees at our headquarter facility in Cambridge, Ohio, and we are investing $300M in a second plant in nearby Zanesville, Ohio which will generate an additional 100 jobs.
