Abby Fitch

Abby Fitch currently serves as Associate Vice President of Information Systems at Amgen, a position held since March 2014, with prior roles including Executive Director of IS Customer Care and Experience and Director of Global Commercial Operations Information Systems. In these roles, Abby has overseen IT strategy and operations across multiple regions, including the Intercontinental area, and directed initiatives to enhance Amgen's digital supply chain. Previously, Abby held senior management positions at Dole International and Dole Food Company, leading technology separation efforts post-acquisition and managing ERP development. Additional experience includes significant roles at Takeda and Black & Decker, with a strong foundation in SAP systems and application strategy. Abby holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University.
