Ceylan Celil Guclu is currently the Combination Product Design Control Business Process Owner (BPO) at Amgen, where they lead the improvement and maintenance of design control procedures. With a Ph.D. in Radiological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and two degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bosphorus University, they possess over 20 years of experience in the healthcare diagnostics and medical devices industry. Ceylan has expertise in product development processes, project management, and User-Centered Design, underscored by their status as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holder of seven patents. Their previous roles include significant positions at Siemens Healthcare and GE Healthcare, where they contributed to various projects focused on medical imaging and diagnostics.
