Charles Lin

Charles Lin is an accomplished professional in the field of computational translational target discovery, currently serving as Executive Director at Amgen since February 2025. Prior to this role, Charles held significant positions at Kronos Bio, including Chief Scientific Officer and Senior Vice President of Biology. Charles also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine from September 2015 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes a Research Fellowship at Dana Farber Cancer Institute and a Graduate Student role at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where Charles earned a Ph.D. in Computational and Systems Biology. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Physics from Duke University.
