Christine Sitbon

Christine Sitbon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development, project management, and strategic implementation within the biopharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Executive Director for Business Development at Amgen since 2017, Christine leads acquisition integrations and divestitures while developing key capabilities. Previous roles at Amgen include Director of the Results Delivery Office and Director of Product and Portfolio Management, where significant contributions included the establishment of integration capabilities for high-value acquisitions and the implementation of real-time reporting systems. Earlier experience at Shire and Baxter International involved developing global project management offices and overseeing project governance across multiple facilities. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona and two Master's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
