Clay Richardson

Clay Richardson, CPA, currently serves as Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Amgen, following the acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics in October 2023, where Clay held the position of Associate Director of Finance. Prior roles at Horizon included Senior Manager and Finance Manager, focusing on developing the commercial finance function for emerging international business and managing the finance function for the global medical affairs organization. Clay's experience also encompasses supporting the Ophthalmology business unit as a Senior Financial Analyst during a notable rare disease medicine launch. Prior to Horizon, Clay worked at Royal Caribbean Group as Senior Analyst in Corporate Planning and as an Analyst and Staff Accountant II at PwC. Clay holds a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Miami.
