Griffin Strole

Griffin Strole possesses a robust background in engineering, particularly in quality and product development within the medical device field. After earning a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Griffin served as a Teaching Assistant at the university before gaining experience through internships and positions at Abbott Vascular Devices and Hospira as a Design Engineer, where leadership and technical skills were developed. Griffin further advanced through roles at CareFusion and Cardinal Health, participating in their Engineering Development Program. Currently, Griffin holds multiple senior roles at Amgen, including Senior Manager of Quality Engineering and Future Operations Leader Sr. Manager, focusing on overseeing quality processes and leading teams in the development of combination products.
