Kazuki Akazawa

Kazuki Akazawa currently serves as the Manager of Business Analytics & Insights at Amgen, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes roles at L.E.K. Consulting from November 2021 to June 2025, where Kazuki advanced from Life Sciences Specialist to Senior Life Sciences Specialist and ultimately to Consultant. Kazuki's career began at 塩野義製薬（株） as a researcher from April 2019 to October 2021, following a brief research internship at 中外製薬（株） in July 2017. Kazuki holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Engineering from The University of Osaka, along with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Natural Sciences from the same institution. Additional education includes a NANODEGREE in Programming for Data Science with Python from Udacity in 2020.
