Kimberly Berkowski

Kimberly Berkowski is a Patent Attorney and Chemist with extensive experience in intellectual property law and academia. They served as a Patent Agent and subsequently as a Partner and Patent Attorney at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Professor of Organic Chemistry at Washington College and an Instructor of Organic Chemistry at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Currently, Kimberly is the Senior Patent Counsel at Amgen since 2022 and has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University School of Law from 2013 to 2014.
