Scott Barker

Scott Barker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in patent law. Currently serving as a Board Member at ZENUITY since 2022, Barker has been with Qualcomm since September 2012, progressing to the role of Senior Patent Counsel after serving as Patent Counsel and Managing Attorney. Prior to Qualcomm, Barker worked as an Associate at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP from September 2008 to September 2012 and began a career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Raytheon Missile Systems from June 2003 to August 2004. Educationally, Barker holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
