Luis Esteban Fierro de Leon

Luis Esteban Fierro de Leon, MBA, currently serves as the LatAm Dist Managing Director at Amgen, a position held since January 2016. In this role, Luis is a member of the Management Team and reports to the General Manager for México & LATAM Dist. Previously, Luis held several significant roles within Amgen, including CFO and Commercial Excellence Lead, where responsibilities expanded to include Business Intelligence, Business Development, and Patient Support Programs. Before Amgen, Luis served as CFO at Merz Pharmaceuticals, overseeing finance and operations teams, and held various finance-related positions at Abbott, GlaxoSmithKline, and Laboratorios Darier. Luis's academic qualifications include an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a diploma in Finance Evaluation from Tecnológico de Monterrey, among other educational achievements.
