Maxwell Maritato

Maxwell Maritato is a Data Scientist at Amgen since December 2021, working within the Advanced Modeling & Simulation team in the Digital Integration & Predictive Technologies department. Previously, Maxwell served as a Process Engineer II at Sanofi Genzyme, where significant improvements were made to mAb production processes through machine learning techniques. In earlier roles, Maxwell developed predictive models for biopharmaceutical processes at AstraZeneca and conducted optimization studies for chromatography at Avantor. Maxwell's internship experiences include positions at SABIC, Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, and Brookhaven National Laboratory, where contributions were made to enhance operational efficiencies and process analytics. Maxwell holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering Practice from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
