Natalia Ruiz

Natalia Ruiz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patient access and support in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Patient Access Liaison for Ultra Rare Disease at Amgen since October 2023, Natalia previously spent nearly eleven years at Genentech, where roles included Patient Navigator for Multiple Sclerosis and Sr. Foundation Specialist. This work involved facilitating patient care through reimbursement services and financial assistance. Prior experiences include serving as a Parent-Child Educator at Brighter Beginnings and various educational roles promoting financial literacy and ESL. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, and additional certifications in medical interpreting and LEAN management methodologies.
