Nupur Gupte

Nupur Gupte is a Senior Research Associate at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc. since February 2022, specializing in the design and implementation of complex bioanalytical experiments, including ligand binding and enzymatic activity assays. Responsibilities include overseeing lab operations, coordinating sample testing, maintaining records, authoring SOPs, and facilitating technology transfer to external laboratories. Prior experience includes serving as a Biochemistry Associate Co-op at Revitope Oncology, where Nupur maintained human cancer and primary cell lines and performed various analytical assays. Additionally, Nupur was a Graduate Research Assistant at The Agar Lab, focusing on DJ-1 protein expression and general lab maintenance. Nupur holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Northeastern University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition, Food Processing and Technology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, and a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Mumbai University.
