Vivienne Watson is currently the Scientific Director at Amgen, where they lead initiatives in oncogenomics and tumor immunotherapy. Previously, they served as a Principal Scientist at Amgen, focusing on data analysis and target discovery. Watson began their research career as a postdoctoral researcher at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund, examining the molecular genetics of ovarian cancer. They also held positions at the UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center, where they contributed to the validation of novel biomarkers for prostate cancer. Vivienne earned a PhD in Human Genetics from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Human Genetics/Microbiology from Imperial College London.
