Llion Iwan

Llion Iwan is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales and a Board Member for Ffilm Cymru Wales since September 2023. In addition, Llion Iwan has been a Council Member for ScreenSkills since June 2021, representing Wales and leading various working groups. As Managing Director and Director of Content at Cwmni Da since April 2019, Llion Iwan oversees genre development and content production. Previously, Llion Iwan contributed to the Expert Panel on a Shadow Broadcasting and Communications Authority for Wales and held significant roles at S4C, including Head of Content Distribution and Content Commissioner for Factual programming. Llion Iwan began a career in journalism at BBC News and has a PhD in Documentary Production from Bangor University, where Llion Iwan also lectured in Journalism and Documentary.
