Phil Bushby

Phil Bushby has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Phil began their career at DHL in 1990, where they held various roles and eventually became the Divisional HR Director. Phil then worked at Companies House and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) as the HR & Estates Director. In 2016, they joined Public Health Wales as the Director of People and Organisational Development before moving to Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW)/Addysg a Gwella Iechyd Cymru (AaGIC) as a Strategic Programme Lead. Currently, they are the Director of Corporate Resources at Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales.

Phil Bushby obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Kingston University from 1986 to 1989. In addition, they have completed several certifications including FCIPD from CIPD, PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from The Knowledge Academy, and PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from The Knowledge Academy.
