Karl W.

Karl W. is an experienced director of operations with a strong background in managing capital projects and field operations. In the current role at AMH since July 2018, Karl W. has been involved in overseeing mitigation and recovery of single-family residences impacted by disasters, as well as executing capital improvements. Previously, as the owner/operator of MHS Remodeling from November 2015 to June 2018, Karl W. managed full renovations of single-family homes. Prior experience includes serving as a construction superintendent at Lennar from April 2009 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing multiple construction projects, and as a project manager at Magnolia Audio Video from March 2001 to October 2009, overseeing high-value home automation system installations.
