Jenna Lanterman

Jenna Lanterman is an experienced librarian currently serving as the Collection Development & Acquisitions Librarian at Amherst College since February 2023. Previously, Jenna held various positions at Smith College from January 2014 to January 2023, including Electronic Resources & Discovery Librarian, Electronic Resources Associate, and Reference Librarian. Jenna's earlier experience includes work as a Book Reviewer for School Library Journal and a consultant for Mary McDowell Friends School, where Jenna created a strategic plan for the high school library. Additionally, Jenna established library resources at Mary McDowell Friends School, consulted for Math for America, and served as Director of Library Resources at The Calhoun School. Early career experiences include roles at Learning Leaders and The Town School. Jenna holds a BA in English and Education from Vassar College and an MSLIS from Syracuse University School of Information Studies.
