Jennifer joined the Wilder Foundation in April 2018 as Director, Executive Office bringing more than 10 years of nonprofit administration experience. She is responsible for managing key planning and implementation processes for the president, serves as the primary support person regarding leadership team initiatives in service of strategic priorities, and oversees board relations. Prior to joining Wilder, she was a member of the Minnesota Historical Society leadership team serving as Director, Institutional Policy and Direction responsible for oversight of the strategic plan, driving institutional planning and budgeting, and board relationship management.
Jennifer has a BA in Southeast Asian Studies and Geography from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MS in Management from the SIT Graduate Institute in Brattleboro, Vermont. Jennifer spends time volunteering as a troop leader for Girl Scouts and serves on the Board of Directors of MOI-MSP, an educational organization that empowers underserved K-12 students to think creatively, write effectively, and succeed academically. She lives in Roseville with her husband Gregg.
