Justin MacCarthy

Justin MacCarthy has extensive experience in product strategy and corporate development, primarily at lululemon since December 2010, where roles range from VP of Product Strategy and Futures Innovation to Senior Director of Sweatlife Strategy. In these positions, Justin leads innovation teams, develops growth strategies, and manages significant new business initiatives, working closely with executives to enhance brand positioning and product offerings. Prior to lululemon, experience includes serving as a Corporate Attorney at Jones Day and Heller Ehrman LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, and venture capital investments. Justin holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from Huron University.
