Dallas Lucas

Dallas Lucas is the Chief Financial Officer of Amherst. In this role, Dallas is responsible for overseeing the financial analyses, budgeting, and forecasting for Amherst. This includes issuance of the Company’s financial reports, management of accounting policies and procedures, and interpretation of the Company’s financial performance to internal and external stakeholders.

Dallas has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining Amherst in 2019, Dallas most recently served as President & COO/CFO of Tier REIT, having co-led the company’s public listing in 2015. Prior to Tier REIT, Dallas held CFO positions at a number of real estate investment companies, playing a critical role in numerous capital markets and M&A transactions.

Dallas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Oklahoma.
