Mannes Smelt

Mannes Smelt is an experienced entrepreneur and real estate professional, currently serving as the owner of VastgoedPartner since January 2017 and as a member of the advisory board and ambassador for Sociëteit Vastgoed Netwerk® since July 2019. Additionally, Mannes has been active as a real estate partner a.i. at AMI Kappers since January 2020 and has owned Smelt Holding B.V. since January 2008. Previously, Mannes was a partner and owner at Thoma PostJr Makelaars from November 1999 to August 2016, where the firm operated throughout eastern Netherlands. Mannes also held a board position at VSGO from July 2001 to July 2007 and holds a degree in Economics from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2003.
