Erica Martin

Erica Martin has extensive experience in community relations and support within senior living and healthcare environments. Currently serving as the Community Relations Director at Amica Senior Lifestyles since May 2018, Erica has previously held roles as a Community Relations Assistant and Life Enrichment Assistant, focusing on enhancing residents' social and recreational experiences. Before Amica, Erica was the Associate Director of Sales at Sunrise Senior Living, where responsibilities included managing sales and marketing efforts and ensuring smooth resident transitions. Earlier experience also includes positions as a Relief Support Worker at Hollyburn Family Services and a Mental Health Care Worker at The Bloom Group Community Services Society, providing vital support to individuals with mental and physical disabilities. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
