Prior roles include Corporate Engagement & Events Manager at Forgotten Harvest, where Erica managed fundraising efforts, and Lead Talent Buyer at The Crofoot Ballroom, booking numerous concerts and overseeing event-related operations. Erica's background also encompasses various roles in marketing, journalism, and production for events and media, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Michigan State University.
