Karen Chiappinelli

Karen Chiappinelli, CPCU, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Claims Operations at Amica Insurance, a position held since July 2017, where responsibilities include the overall administrative and technical management of the Central Massachusetts Office. Prior experience with Amica Mutual Insurance from 2000 to 2017 encompasses roles such as Branch Claims Manager and Assistant Branch Claims Manager, overseeing claims operations in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Northern Virginia. Expertise in claims management is further demonstrated through various supervisory roles, including managing service center operations and leading teams of claims staff. Karen Chiappinelli graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Rhode Island in 2000.
