Kay Barkley

Kay Barkley is a skilled professional with a strong background in strategic and experience design. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Designer at Amica Insurance since July 2020, Kay previously held roles at Business Innovation Factory from May 2016 to January 2020 as a Senior Experience Designer. An academic background includes a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Kay has demonstrated expertise in data analysis of consumer behaviors and economic vulnerabilities, having contributed to various projects, including conducting surveys and moderating focus groups during internships with Friends For Life and Capital Good Fund.
