Steven Rayhill

Steven Rayhill is an experienced professional in competitive intelligence, currently serving as the Sr. Competitive Intelligence Manager at Amica Insurance since October 2020. Prior to this role, Steven worked at MetLife from January 1998 to October 2020 as a Competitive Intelligence Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing industry performance metrics using various data sources and presenting findings to diverse audiences, including senior leaders. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science with a focus on Database Management from Johnson & Wales University, obtained from 2001 to 2004, and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics at Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected completion date in December 2026.
