Tava Waterhouse

Tava Waterhouse is a seasoned claims professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Adjuster - Casualty at Amica Insurance since October 2021, Tava specializes in negotiating fair settlements for bodily injury claims and managing litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Prior experience includes roles as a Claims Consultant at COUNTRY Financial® and a Claim Representative for GA Complex Injury Claims at State Farm, with a focus on bodily injury claims in Georgia. Tava holds a BBA in Economics/Statistics from the University of West Georgia, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1989, and is a graduate of Tucker High School.
