Pawel Biel

Pawel Biel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pawel is currently the Chief Information Officer at Amica Group since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Digital Transformation Officer at Cerrad from 2021 to 2023. At Cerrad, they were responsible for overall IT/OT strategy, operations, and cybersecurity, leading core digital transformation initiatives based on SAP and Salesforce solutions.

Before joining Cerrad, Pawel worked at EY from 2017 to 2021. Initially, they served as the Director of Digital Transformations for Central and Southeastern Europe, where they developed and executed digital transformation strategies for multiple clients across industries. Pawel also served as the SAP Business Development Director for the region.

In their earlier career, Pawel worked at IBM from 2006 to 2016, where they held various leadership positions, including SAP Delivery Leader and Managing Consultant. Pawel was responsible for leading SAP implementation projects and serving as the Competency Lead for SAP SD/CRM/Retail.

Pawel's career began at AMG.net SA, where they worked as a Consultant from 2003 to 2006.

Throughout their career, Pawel has gained expertise in digital transformation, SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, E-commerce, SCM, and BI technologies.

Pawel Biel holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Warsaw University of Technology.
