Michelle Browdy is IBM’s Senior Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Affairs, and General Counsel. She is responsible for IBM’s global legal, security, corporate governance and compliance activities and policies, as well as IBM’s environmental and government and regulatory affairs functions.
