Alexander Liszka

Alexander Liszka serves as the General Counsel at Amico Affiliates since November 2023, contributing to a company recognized for its significant infrastructure projects in Ontario. Previously, Alexander was the Principal at Two Canoes Consulting Inc. from December 2018, providing advisory services to infrastructure and consumer packaged goods clients. Alexander's experience includes roles as General Counsel at Lifeist, focusing on risk management in the wellness sector, and as Senior Legal Counsel at IBI Group, where responsibilities included managing global contracts across the firm's network. Alexander also practiced as Legal Counsel at Dragados Canada, advising on construction-related legal matters, and held associate positions at Norton Rose Fulbright and Baker & McKenzie, specializing in corporate, securities, and infrastructure law. Alexander completed a trainee solicitor program at CMS UK and holds advanced degrees in law from Queen Mary University of London, the University of Toronto, and KU Leuven.
