Jacquie Esparza has extensive experience in community engagement and mentoring, currently serving as the Community Engagement/Mentoring Programs Coordinator at Amicus since August 2014. In this role, Jacquie is responsible for recruiting and interviewing participants and volunteers for the One to One program, ensuring the success of both participants and mentors during incarceration and post-release. Prior to this position, Jacquie managed daily operations and provided exceptional customer service at St. Croix | White Way Cleaners from November 2004 to December 2010. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Metropolitan State University (2011-2013) and prior studies in Criminal Justice at Century College (2006-2011).
