Hong Zhang

Hong (Jennifer) Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Safety Lead at Amicus Therapeutics since 2021, Hong's prior roles include Director of Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Physician at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. from 2017 to June 2021, and Associate Director of Clinical and Safety Physician at Johnson & Johnson from 2013 to 2017. Hong has contributed to critical functions such as aggregate reporting, signal detection, NDA submissions, and medical reviews across various pharmaceutical companies, including Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), Bracco Diagnostics Inc., and Forest Laboratories. Hong holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Medical School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
