James Conti

James Conti has extensive work experience in the field of compliance auditing and monitoring. James began their career at Novo Nordisk in 1992 as a Managed Care Rebates Analyst and later moved on to become a Senior Manager in Government Pricing at Schering Plough. In 2007, they returned to Novo Nordisk and took on the role of Senior Manager in Government Contracts and Compliance. James then transitioned to the role of Manager in Ethics & Compliance Audits in 2014 and eventually became a Senior Manager in Ethics & Compliance Monitoring and Auditing in 2016. In 2019, James joined Amicus Therapeutics as an Associate Director in Global Compliance Auditing and Monitoring, and later advanced to the position of Director in the same department in July 2021.

James Conti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Organizational Behavior from Rider University. James also completed the Healthcare Compliance Certification Program at Seton Hall University School of Law.
