Matthew Galluppi

Matthew Galluppi is a seasoned professional in technical operations and manufacturing, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Operations - External Manufacturing at Amicus Therapeutics since January 2023. Matthew's expertise includes management of external manufacturing operations at various contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) and providing technical support for small molecule products. Prior experience encompasses roles at Athersys as Associate Director of Manufacturing and multiple managerial positions overseeing cell therapy product manufacturing for clinical trials, along with a foundational career at Boehringer Ingelheim and Amgen, where Matthew developed significant skills in pilot plant management and large-scale bioreactor operations. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Penn State University.
