Riham Ghazal has extensive experience in education and training, currently serving as the AMIDEAST Alexandria Director since February 2005. Riham's roles have included Education and Training Manager and freelance trainer specializing in management and soft skills within various organizations such as Skills Worldwide, Integrated Marketing Solutions, Insight Management Training, and Prana for Self and Corporate Development from 2007 to 2013. Prior to these roles, Riham worked as a Senior Customer Service Coordinator at Maersk Line and as a Teacher Assistant in the ESL Department at Alexandria International School. Riham holds a Master of Science in Quality Management from AAST and a Bachelor of Science in English Language, Literature, and Translation from Alexandria University.
