Charlotte Berg

Charlotte Berg is an experienced leader currently serving as the Director of Kyndryl Consult Nordics since August 2024 and as a Board Member at Amido AB from April 2024. Berg has been a mentor in the Women for Leaders Executive program since September 2021. Previous roles include CEO of IMR until August 2024, and CEO of Compodium International AB from September 2020 to March 2022. In addition, Berg held the position of Vice Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board at SMEsweden from March 2019 to February 2023, and served as CEO and Financial Manager at IDL Biotech AB (publ) from November 2009 to September 2020. Early career roles include Financial Manager and Alternate Member of the Board at Cavidi, Board Member at Sten Sture BK, and Consultant at Academic Work. Charlotte Berg holds an MBA in Economics from Uppsala University, awarded in 2006.
