Lola Paganessi

Lola Paganessi is a professional with experience in human resources and training management. Currently serving as Chargée de formation at CHU Amiens-Picardie since September 2023, Lola is responsible for planning regulatory training, managing the HRIS, and overseeing reimbursement processes for vocational training. Previously, as Assistante Ressources Humaines at Groupe LHOTELLIER from April 2021 to August 2023, Lola contributed to the development of skill enhancement plans and facilitated communication with training organizations. Education includes a Titre RNCP Niveau 6 in Responsible Human Resources from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, as well as a Licence in Human Resource Management and a DUT in business and administration management. Additional roles include volunteering in communication and various internships focused on HR functions.
