Claire Young

Claire Young is an experienced professional in People and Culture management, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Amiga Montessori since July 2023. Prior to this role, Claire held various positions at Sonder from May 2019 to July 2023, including People and Culture Manager, where responsibilities included supporting employee operations and developing the Wellbeing & Inclusion Program. Claire's career features significant roles at Equiem, where as National Onsite Manager, strategic operations and team-building were key achievements, and earlier experiences in hospitality management at VIP Personnel and Ardent Leisure Group further strengthened skills in recruitment and human resources. Claire holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University.
