Kavka Suriadinata is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Eratani since March 2023, Kavka also holds the position of Talent Acquisition & Organization Development Manager at Talent Pool. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Lead at OLX Group, Senior Head HRBP at Wings Group Indonesia, and HR Head at AlloFresh, among others. Kavka's expertise spans talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee relations, supported by a solid educational background in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems from BINUS University.
