Lauren Antosz

Lauren Antosz has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Lafortune Student Center Drawer Counter at the University of Notre Dame from January 2013 to May 2016. Lauren then joined Amigos de las Americas (AMIGOS) in October 2016 as the Chicago Chapter Recruitment Coordinator until February 2017. In March 2017, they became a Fulbright Research Scholar to Chile as part of The Fulbright Program, concluding their role in January 2018. Lauren then joined Greenheart International in February 2018 as a Services Program Assistant until September 2018, and later as a Program Services Coordinator from October 2018 to October 2019. Currently, they have returned to Amigos de las Americas (AMIGOS) and holds the position of Chapter Operations Coordinator since October 2019, progressing to Chapter Operations Manager from January 2021.

Lauren Antosz's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. During their time at the University of Notre Dame, they also pursued minors in International Development Studies and Poverty Studies. In 2014, Lauren briefly studied Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, they explored Poverty and Development at the Universidad Alberto Hurtado in the same year. Before attending the University of Notre Dame, Lauren obtained their High School Diploma from Northside College Preparatory High School between 2008 and 2012.

In terms of certifications, Lauren acquired a Youth Mental Health First Aid USA Certificate from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in May 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Certificate of Achievement from the Fulbright U.S. Student Program in March 2017, awarded by the U.S. Department of State.
