Erika D. Taylor is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and innovation within the beauty and personal care industry. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Brand Management at amika since June 2025, Erika leads the development of global marketing strategies and oversees cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Senior Director of Innovation at Mielle Organics LLC, where a multi-million-dollar innovation strategy was pioneered, and new product development was expertly managed. Previous positions include Vice President of Marketing at AFAM Concept, Inc., and Senior Brand Manager at Namaste Laboratories, LLC, among others, showcasing a consistent track record of driving brand growth and successfully launching market-leading products. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the Illinois Institute of Art-Chicago.
